Very unhappy... About a week ago my sandwich was messed up when I went through the drive thru. Called and manager was nice enough. Took my name and said to stop in and I would get a free sandwich to replace it. So I go through the drive thru today and they have no idea what I am talking about. Ask me to pull ahead and inform me that I will need to go inside. Since I have a sleeping kid I said that I would just skip it and asked if I could place my order with him or do I need to go back through the drive thru again. No, he can take my order. Great... Other than he screwed up my order too. Very unhappy customer...
