Efficient service but prices and time need to be discussed more before work is done
While heading to Canada on vacation I broke down on hwy 53, after be referred to a local competitor (that clearly did not want to help me out) Josh at Southside got me right in!! 2hrs later him and his crew had me back on the road!! Awesome work at an extremely fair price! Thanks again brother for helping this FIB out! I owe you one!!
These guys know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable, especially with a customer like me that asks a lot if questions or watched them work trying to learn how things are done. They try to get things done as fast as possible, with part availability. If not same day asap so you are back on the road. I will continue bringing all my vehicles to this certified garage. A+
I cannot say enough great things about this place. I have had TWO vehicle issues in the last 9 months (argh) and these guys are articulate, highly educated, friendly, empathetic, and honest. EXACTLY what you need when you're having a bad day after your car dies on the side of the road. I have worked with both Scott and Ryan - both have taken the time to explain the issue with our vehicles in detail and have been so patient and thorough in describing what the problems have been. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are as honest as they come.
I had a rear wheel bearing go out on my truck while traveling through Spooner, I brought my truck here and they got it in right away. They guys went above and beyond on trying to get me back on the road again. I can't thank them enough for everything and it didn't cost an arm and a leg!
