I think the Doc does great work and he stands behind that work should something fail. He is very personable and very good at explaining what he is doing and why. A quality I like in a dentist but is hard to find. The only thing I have to complain about is the scheduling process. I think it could use some tweaking, not very appreciative of extended wait times. A problem not exclusive to River Street Dental by any means. I would most assuredly recommend Dr. Carrol to everyone, but maybe bring a book

From the minute I walked through the door, I felt welcome! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Carroll was genuine, knowledgeable and practical. The hygienist I had was Jamie and I couldn’t have been happier with her— she was thorough and personable. I’ve already recommended this dentist to others!
