Worst ever, called this morning to have customer pay service work ( furnace tune up) done. Was told unless we bought the furnace from them or are a gas customer of theirs they will not work on. Sure not going to get my gas business if you won’t take my money for gravy easy service work.
Decent service and ok to navigate
I called looking for a repair, left a message, and never got a call back.
Sold us a scratched floor model. Later billed us extra for labor and charged US interest because they mailed statement to wrong mailing address. Beware. Very unprofessional.
Our propane & furnace company for approximately 10 years. Sometimes hit or miss on their returning calls. But overall good about fitting us into the delivery schedule, and they always provide reliable and good service repair work. I sum WK up as a small town business run by people who respond to how you treat them. 4.5 stars. Recommend.
